NOR and entry procedure.

Due to covid, the event is PRE-ENTRY ONLY, with entries to be received before 20 May.

On – water racing will be back to normal. However, the covid regulations at the time will impact the on-shore facilities and due to the possible changes, it is difficult to confirm details. However, the following may help:

Saturday evening social will not be going ahead.

We hope to be able to offer some services from the galley – maybe as a “pop-up” outside take away service, maybe inside with number restrictions if regulations allow, maybe a mixture of the two.

We plan to post the briefing online before the event. Likewise the SI’s

Changing rooms and showers look unlikely

Camping and Motor Homes – we are asking the council for permission to allow camping in the adjacent field. It is probable that they will not confirm yes or no until very close to the event – again in case covid regulations change

Shortly before the event, we will post on the FB page a map showing where visiting boats and trailers should assemble – it would be very helpful if entrants could check this.
