BACCA on show again

The BACCA was again in attendance at the RYA Dinghy Show at Alexandra Palace. This is the Worlds only dedicated show for small sailing craft as has a large number of visitors from home and abroad. In fact, we had two Swedish A Cat sailors visit us specifically to see the boat we had on display this year. Richard Hargreaves had previously been at the show with his boat, a Moth, some 40 years earlier and had just taken delivery of his new DNA F1 the previous Thursday, and was good enough to lend it to us for display. It was a stunner, and had many interested people flocked to fire questions at him, Struan and other BACCA members. The show this year was a bit of a foilfest, with at least 10 foiling boats on display. So many, that it became the first question on the kids quiz.
