We present to you our new BACCA President. Neil Klabe, GBR 3 is a GWSC Classic sailor and has been elected and taken over the position from Sam Heaton. Sam has stepped aside due to his increased work commitments and we wish him success. We thank Sam for his tenure and wish Neil all the best in his new position!
